Staff have 0 interpersonal skills and it feels like you have to fight tooth and nail with the staff to get an appointment even after your GP was the one recommending a face to face appt.
I can’t imagine the elderly having to deal with them to get any sort of care and attention medically or none medically.
It’s actually very sad and disturbing that this is what we rely on for health and medical treatments.
