About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Neonatal Unit

(as a service user),

I am really happy with the care received and everyone has been professional.  The communication from the doctors has been really good and I have been kept well informed.

Dear volansrw98,

We appreciate your time in providing this feedback. It is good to hear that you are happy with the care and communication from the team in neonatal. We strive to give the best care we can to all our babies. We also want to communicate with parents & carers through listening carefully to any concerns, and giving regular clear updates.
