About: Children and Young People Services / Child and Adolescent Mental Services

(as a parent/guardian),

This was an appointment for my teenage daughter and it was amazing.

She came out buzzing and said she had a weight lifted of her shoulders.

She really didn't want to go as she didn't want to be labelled with a mental health problem and the fact it was in a hospital setting.

She is looking forward to her next appointment x

It is wonderful to hear that the appointment with a member of the team has helped her to feel supported in such a positive way and that she is looking forward to her next appointment.
