Hello,

I just wanted to provide some positive feedback. On her lunch break, Gail (one of the amazing district nurses working there) helped me with sourcing urostomy supplies for my father, which were out of stock.

We are so lucky to have our caring nurses in the NHS. I hope this feedback reaches her managers to see how she supported patient care with due diligence and empathy.

Thanks Emma she was lovely. She didn't need to take time off her break, so I thought that was very kind of her.
