It was really good! It was a good way to get me out the house with my wee one who loved it too and meeting other mums and babies in the same position at Finding me perinatal group! 

Definitely help bring back some confidence and put me on the right track of helping me find me again.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience of attending the Finding Me Perinatal Group. The group tries to help mums to meet other mums experiencing the same things and to help you to gain confidence by being able to chat with other mums and I am delighted to hear that you found it helpful. Its great that your wee one enjoyed it too.
