"They put me at ease right away"

I was very apprehensive about an appointment at whiteabbey hospital but reassured by the lovely staff who put me at ease.  Karen greeted me in a professional and friendly manner. She was so pleasant and reassuring. I was taken early and treated promptly. 

Dr Dorman and Rosie then saw me, who were equally as pleasant and professional. They put me at ease right away. Dr Dorman explained everything from beginning to end of the procedure. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything efficiently. 

I can't compliment the staff enough, thank you all. You're doing a wonderful job!
