Truly awful experience. I gather my courage to reach out. Am told that I need a specialist help, I am bereaved that's all. Unhelpful and better if it wasn't there to be honest

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that reaching out for support takes courage, and we’re truly sorry that we weren’t able to provide the help you needed.

Our service offers brief, time-limited typed and video-enabled CBT, which isn’t always the right fit for everyone. In some cases, specialist support may be more appropriate based on individual needs, and we do our best to signpost people to services that may better meet their requirements.

We appreciate your feedback and are always looking to improve our approach. If you’d like to discuss your experience further, please contact our Complaints Department at complaints@iesohealth.com.
