"A good experience"

I recently attended the hospital for a bone marrow aspirate. Having read about the procedure, I was somewhat nervous and concerned about was was to happen.

I was called in by a nurse called Jodie who was to perform the procedure, and she explained what was about to happen. Also with Jodie was a nurse I think was called Denise.

These two ladies made the whole procedure totally painless and a good experience. I cannot praise too highly these two ladies for their expertise and professionalism, they are both a credit to your hospital and the NHS
