I had been waiting for 2 years to have this procedure so didn't mind that I had to travel for nearly 2 hours to get to Stracathro hospital. I have no complaints about my experience on the day. Every health professional I dealt with was very thorough, friendly and put me at ease. The only thing I would say is making the instructions on the letter clearer would be useful for arrival.
