I attended my dermatology appointment at Glasgow Royal Infirmary today and was seen by a lovely pharmacist who took the time to chat to me as a person rather than a number.
Having recently been diagnosed with incurable (terminal) cancer it’s been a difficult period for me and my family. Today was an excellent experience.
