Anything else?
I attended Erith District Hospital on Monday 11th November for a Blood test. I arrived at 8:50 and waited until 10:30 before i was seen. There were only two ladies on until around 10:15 when a third lady arrived and things started to pick up. Why don't they have three people on between 9am and 10am when the Warfarin patients can just walk in without waiting. Surely this would speed things up for everyone.
