"New Phone System and Great Atmosphere"

I visited Parkside last week for a routine check up and was pleasantly surprised that after many years there is currently a new phone system. I was told how many people was in front of me and was able to also be called back as i did not want to wait in the que. Well done Parkside. At my appointment it was great to see that the team dealing with me (reception and GP') were polite and respectful unlike how it has been in previous visits
