"How my health visitor made me feel"

About: Health Visiting Localities / Rutherglen and Cambuslang

(as a service user),

I suffer from anxiety and as a first time mum, Im constantly overthinking, worrying & panicking. Lorraine arrived for her visit and instantly, I felt so reassured and relaxed about things. She has no idea how much she puts my mind at rest! She also encouraged me by giving me praise and telling me Im doing a great job as a mum. Really happy I got Lorraine as my health visitor. She told me not to hesitate to call or text her and reassured me she'll always get back to me, which she already has done - everytime. Cant fault her and greatful to have her :)

Thank you for the positive feedback regarding our Health Visiting Service in Cambuslang & Rutherglen, specifically the care and support offered by Lorraine. Being a first time parent is obviously a very anxious time for everyone and I am glad to see that you have received the support and guidance to help you and your family. I will be sure to pass your lovely comments on to the Health Visiting Team and Lorraine who I know will be very appreciative.
