"Caring Service"

I called Stowhealth at approx 9am on Friday May 3rd and spoke to a Young Man , explaining that I was in extreme pain following a fall. He was with me within minutes and I wanted to thank him so much for his brilliant care! He also spoke reassuringly to my daughters on the phone . and organised an ambulance to West Suffolk Hospital. Could you please let him know that I had excellent care throughout the day and thankfully my hip was not broken! It's nearly 3 weeks on and although I am still in pain, I am so much better!
