I would like to thank Ann for her response to my recent experience & to thank her for the changes to the Audiology Reception area that have been implemented in a short period of time.

I visited as an outpatient again & was delighted to experience a welcoming environment at reception due to the plastic screens being removed & the barrier being eliminated.

Staff were friendly & approachable in the much improved surroundings. It was a far more pleasurable experience for us all who were visiting.
