(as the patient),

I was assessed for a wash dry toilet by Wishaw rehab and Fiona the occupational therapist was absolutely fantastic. I had a few problems trying to get the full grant from the council through miscommunication but Fiona never gave up and was constantly trying to fix the problem. She constantly kept me updated on the progress and I am happy to say after a few months my new wash dry toilet is installed and has made it so much easier for me. Thank you so much Fiona, I really appreciate all the help and support you have given me.
