My support worker James has been a great help and support to me in some really difficult times. I am very grateful to James at Change Grow Live.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to people’s feedback.

It was so lovely to read your feedback about James. It is so important that when somebody is going through tough times, that they have somebody who they can look to for help and support. It sounds like James did a brilliant job in helping you through your challenges and I am really glad that you had this experience.

I will make sure that James and his manager are informed of your feedback, and I am sure they will both be really happy to read your kind words.

I hope the challenges you face as you move through your recovery get less and less as time goes by, and that you achieve everything you are hoping to in your life.
