"My CCO doesn't listen but the CPN does"

(as a service user),

Would like to see more of my Care-Coordinator (CCO), I feel they don't listen.

Community psychiatric nurse (CPN) took time to listen to me.

Thank you for taking your time to give us this feed back, I will pass it on to the team. I'm sorry you feel your CCO doesn't listen, I would encourage you to raise this with your CPN so they can take your thoughts forward and try to resolve your dissatisfaction.
