Dear swingwc43

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on the temperature in CIU at PRI during your infusion. I am sorry that you felt the temperature within the unit made your visit with us sub optimal.

We are aware that the aging air conditioning unit is controlled remotely by our colleagues in the Estates Department, and not locally within CIU. We are actively seeking solutions to the issues around achieving an optimal temperature control within the CIU that meets the needs of both patients and staff.

I will continue to raise this with the Estates Department.

Thank you for your feedback.

Best wishes

Lesley Kram
