My life hasn't been easy. Being abandoned by my mother has been incredibly sad and difficult. My health has been difficult since i was a baby when i started to have fits, they stopped as a child and started again recently nearly 60 years later, which was a terrible shock. I have auto immune illness which i have consistently struggled with.

Until i had treatment with inclusions i didn't realise that i had anxiety and depression pretty much most of my life, and the talking therapy has helped me own it. My recent therapy has been very beneficial and has given me new tools to try to manage it better. I thank my recent therapist from the bottom of my heart.

It sounds like things have been really difficult for you regarding your health and circumstances. Going through such challenging times can certainly have an effect on our mental health too.

However, we are so glad to hear that you decided to refer yourself to Inclusion Thurrock for some support to help manage those symptoms of anxiety and depression. It is amazing to hear that therapy has been beneficial for you and that it has equipped you with the tools to manage this better and utilise in everyday life.
