Everything and everyone was well organised.
All the staff were extremely helpful, informative and friendly.
The procedure went exactly as planned, and took about the time they had suggested.
The booklets, both pre and post surgery were very informative and helpful.
Altogether, although I had been quite nervous, the experience went very well and was comfortable.
