"He is simply the best"

I went to Mr Baillie's ENT OPD at RVH. Although I had been  there before I followed the instructions to the clinic but got confused l. It said 7D but the lift only went to 6!

I meet a support worker Jim - what a lovely man. He went the extra mile to get me to my appointment. Please extend my thanks.

I got to Mr Baillie's clinic and it was definitely him. I thought he had left NI for Canada. Canada, however, was not to his liking and he missed Northern Ireland with its friendly people, Ulster Fry and self effacing humour. We always complain about cleggs in NI but we know nothing. The flies in  Canada are something to be reckoned with. Then there is the winter cabin fever - snowed in for half a year. Its enough to send a fella mad.

So the prodigal son returns and is welcomed back with open arms. As a patient I am so happy. Mr Baillie is the only ENT surgeon who can sort out my ears. He is simply the best...and I have tried a few!!

So all is well. We all hope that fella settles down and has no more high falutin ideas about leaving the nest. There are worse places to live.🤔

Everyone I met at that appointment was very professional.
