"Terrible Unorganised staff "

My daughter recently returned home after giving birth to her first baby. We were informed that a midwife would contact her within 24 hours to check on her and the baby. However, it's been 5 days and no one has shown up or called. She was also supposed to see her health visitor on the 5th day but she's still waiting to see a midwife. This lack of care is extremely concerning, and I believe it's important to report this negligence for the well-being of my daughter and her newborn.

The staff on the labor ward was incredible - they were highly effective, caring, and understanding.

However, upon entering the postnatal ward, I encountered midwives who were quite rude and contradictory. Each staff member seemed to provide different information, and overall, they were unfriendly, unhelpful, and displayed bad manners.

The behavior described can potentially lead a mother to experience feelings of sadness and isolation. It seems like they don't care, as all they do is complain.

New mothers and their babies deserve empathy and support, and none off them gave this to my daughter.
