It’s fair to say that some of the feedback aimed at Mansion House in the past was justified however this practice is now leading the way. The administration on the technical front is very good. Like most of the NHS pressure is very real for all staff members but when you are identified at risk in terms of your condition then we should be grateful of the service and support available. Recently triaged online, given a same day appointment, examined in the afternoon at the practice in severe abdominal and genital pain I was advised to go to Urology in grateful clinical assessment department of the Royal Stoke Hospital. The Doctor in Stone was amazing with me and called Urology and made the appointment who when I arrived were expecting me. With a heart rate in the 130’s and the pain excruciating I was treated, given pain relief, had bloods, Urine, ECG and came away with 10 days of antibiotics in under 3 hours. I had decided that after a week of UTI type symptoms I should go and see a GP, I’m glad I did obviously but more glad that I was under the care of Mansion House not to mention the surgical and eurology teams at the hospital. I’ve taken my pulse this morning and it’s in the 90’s. I feel so assured with diagnosis and quite relieved as does my fiancé. The afternoon diagnosis from the GP turned out to be 100% correct the concern shared was that it could be far more complicated hence the admission to hospital was warranted as explained to me by the doctor at the Hospital., Thank you Mansion House and the NHS
"Fantastic. What a transformation success "
