"Absolutely terrible "

About: South Birmingham Urgent Treatment Centre

I called and registered for a call back from a Doctor at 12.21 this afternoon the time the Doctor called me was 19.02. I expect that I have to wait and thought upto 4 hours is the average but going on for 7 hours is abysmal.

The service is a total disgrace no care or compassion how can they treat people so appallingly.
