"Explained everything to me"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Breast care service

(as the patient),

I was visiting the Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline as I had an appointment, but before the appointment I went to see if I could speak to a breast nurse, Nurse Shirley gave me her time, for me to ask some questions I had, that had been niggling away at me, She was friendly, caring and amazing at putting my mind at ease, making sure I understood everything and what I had done, and what it was I had. Couldn't thank her enough she went above and beyond giving me her time at short notice and explaining everything to me, total credit to the NHS
