"Great care for my young daughter"

(as a service user),

My 3 year old daughter was looked after in A+E where she needed treatment for croup.  Thankfully she is usually fit and well so hospital was a new experience for her. 

Despite it being the middle of the night, all the staff were friendly, and gave us the time, care and attention needed.  My daughter was treated and spoken to so kindly.  She was delighted with her biscuits in the morning!

Thank you to all the staff who helped us, I can only remember the names of Alana and Jordan, but everyone was fantastic!
