"Community team helped my independence"

About: Community Therapy Services / Nottingham West Community Therapy

(as a service user),

I fell and fractured my patella. I was immobile with my leg in a brace.

I felt pretty helpless on discharge from hospital with a walking frame for support.

The community team arranged a toilet support and chair for my kitchen to help my independence. I was lucky to have family help so didn't need much further support.
