(as the patient),

We had our 20 week scan today at Wishaw Maternity. Our Sonographer was called Kathy, this woman was amazing. She explained everything to myself and my husband. We both felt very informed and we even all had a laugh together. She honestly put our minds to rest and made us both feel so welcomed. So thanks very much Kathy, you made 2 first time parents feel good.

Dear aurigakj84,

I am absolutely delighted to read your experience in our scan department. The 20 week scan is one of the most exciting and gives you a chance to see your little baby in much more detail. I am so pleased you were both informed of what Kathy was seeing with full explanations of the findings of the scan. Even better there was laughter!

I cant thank you enough for taking the time to feedback your experience. I will share with Kathy and the team.
