"Slow and I effective pharmacy team"

About: Armada Surgery

Requested and update to my 8yo daughters antihistamine ( last received in March 2024). We were given a dose for a child between 2 and 5,not an 8 yo as required. This shows me that the 'team' do not care enough to read basic information about their patients, such as age.

I placed a new request using econsult on Monday and on Friday I have had to visit the gp to chase up the script only to recieve a text telling me that it is no longer available on NHS even though my daughter is under 16.

Different incident: my partner was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. We gave the gp pharmacy team a script request from derriford requesting 200 blood test lancets and 200 blood test strips. Armarda surgury only processed onto the system 200 of one and 50 of the other. This oversight could have risked the health of my partner and my unborn son.

The pharmacy service is a disgrace requires immediate action to improve.

I will be looking for a new gp away from armarda surgury and the pathfields group jn general.
