"An asset to the appointments team"

I received a letter to arrange to book an ultrasound scan appointment.

I called the number which was answered very quickly. 

The lady I dealt with was so helpful, patient and clear. She offered me several options and was happy to discuss other times if the initial ones we were looking at weren’t suitable. 

I did not feel rushed or pressured to take just any appointment but chose one to suit my work/life balance - very person centred.

The lady, and sadly I didn’t get her name, was absolutely lovely on the phone, lovely gentle manner and more than gave me an opportunity to go over everything again. Her instructions were clear on where I needed to go and what type of preparation I needed to do.
