"I can’t thank them enough for helping me get rid of the pain!"

About: Glasgow Dental Hospital and School / Emergency Dental Treatment Centre Level 1

(as a service user),

I had to go up to the dental hospital out of hours due to extreme toothache due to an issue with a wisdom tooth.

The dentist and dental nurse were so lovely and done everything to put me at ease and make the process go as smoothly as possible. I get quite anxious at the dentist so they went out their way to keep me calm and didn’t rush me and explained why they where doing everything, showing me X-rays and explaining what they meant and making general chit chat to distract me.

They never rushed or made me feel like they have to get me in and out (like I have felt at my regular dental practice!) Carolyn and Gayle really did save the day and I can’t thank them enough for helping me get rid of the pain!
