"Unacceptable "

The front desk team were so nice and helpful in getting me an urgent appointment the same day after feeling unwell for 11 days.

When I finally got to see the doctor, I was in her examination room for less than a minute before she told me there was nothing wrong with me and to go home. She did not even fully examine me nor let me finish explaining my symptoms. 2 days later I got worse and saw an after hours doctor elsewhere who told me I had a bacterial lung infection that needed antibiotics asap. If this went untreated he said I would have likely been in hospital within the next week.

Really disappointed with my experience with the doctor at Steyning Medical Centre, she really did not care or take what I was saying seriously. Good thing I listened to my instincts and got a second opinion.
