"Lack of empathy shown"

About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Emergency department Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Gynaecology FAU (Ward 43)

(as a relative),

Twice I attended ward 43 with partner as she had miscarriage on both occasions, on first occasion we were hurried out the door and not a bit of empathy or told what to do next.

Second occasion the doctor was rude and made it out that it was pointless doing scan but they would do it anyway, when we returned they had lost the notes and again when they phoned to confirm miscarriage not even a sorry that this happened to you again.

Pretty dismal place, in my experience.  A&E also forgot to take the cannla out of her arm. Could they not at least hand out a leafleft and not be so rude.
