About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

Met with the pre assessment team today.  We went through the questionnaire, it was a thorough but relaxed affair.

I was given time to explain my medications and concerns. Everything about the assessment was explained as well as a page by page review of the booklet -Your visit to the theatre, what you could expect and how your day would go.

All my questions and concerns were fully answered.
