"Help with sleeping"

About: Airdrie Locality Support Service / Health Visiting Team

(as a service user),

My 5 month old was keep getting up lots of times in the night. So I wanted some help from sleep Scotland. I had someone coming out to help and she told me what I could do to help and it has improved my baby's sleep. It is still a working progress but I am sure it will only keep getting better. I have happy that I have got my baby down at a reasonable time at night and then that is giving me time to catch up on things, I couldn't do when she was awake. Also I am getting to bed at a reasonable time too.
