(as the patient),

Horrible experience I  want to go home to my wife. Poorly all I get is pills not helping feels like opinions not being heard.

My family not got any major concerns more than happy to answer any questions . Physio not really helping.

Some nurses just laughing and giggling.

Food is better now.

I would like to thank you for providing us with a response regarding your stay on the ward. I am sorry to hear that you are not having a good experience and I would encourage you to talk to a member of staff and we can explore how to assist you.

I can fully understand that you want to go home and I would again encourage you to speak to a member of the team as we would be actively encouraging the discharge process if a patient is deemed medically fit to explore the next options/steps following a stay in Community Hospital. It is difficult for me to comment on individual circumstances but I would be very happy to discuss further and we can work together to help improve your stay.

I am also available to liaise with your family should you like me to discuss your concerns further.

We actively encourage a warm and friendly atmosphere which is why the team may appear to be jovial and of a happy disposition.

I am really pleased to hear that the food has improved and I will feed this information back to the Catering team.
