"It was first class!"

About: Mid Hampshire Community Therapy Team

(as a service user),

The girls running the course who are physios were very knowledgeable and friendly. They provided tremendous input and worked hard to make sure everyone knew what was being asked.

They were very supportive of everyone's individual needs. I have a balance problem and they made sure I was always in control and didn't fall over. The exercises were good for improving strength and balance.

The social contact with the staff and fellow people on the course made for a nice interactive situation and one I would recommend.

It was first class!
