About: Mid Hampshire Community Therapy Team

(as the patient),

Need to say how professional and caring the Therapy Team of Caroline, Sam and another whose name escapes me,  during my 12 week Balance course at Andover. 

I attended this course after a considerable wait with little hope of improving my wellbeing after some not so good NHS experiences. Although I have not been given a magic wand for my problems, I have been encouraged and taught with exercises and explanation to self help me improve. Which I have and feel so much better for it.

Thank you for the team and I will now further my exercises at an external source.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are continually reviewing and trying to improve the balance classes that we provide. We are sorry about the long wait it took for you to get the input and this is the main issue we currently have and are trying to find ways to reduce this. I am very happy to hear that enjoyed the current classes and that you are planning to continue this with an external source.
