"Everything that is so good about the NHS"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Minor Injuries Unit Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Xrays and Scans

(as the patient),

I fell and hurt my wrist. Went to my GP who advised me to go to MIU.

Feeling a bit apprehensive on my own, this was immediately quashed with I met Karen. She helped put me at ease and helped me.

Brian then took me too X Ray department.

On my return everything was done so professionally and with care.

From start to even being helped to getting a taxi home.

I cannot express how Karen and Brian helped me feel relaxed.

People always complain about the service they receive from the NHS. Karen and Brian are everything that is so good about the NHS. Caring, patient, professional with such a great personality .

Dear Anna61

Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback following attending MIU. I am delighted to hear that you received such good care and your expericence was so positive.

I will ensure that Karen and Brian receive your kind words which I know they will appreciate.

I do hope you are on the mend and that your wrist improves soon.

Best wishes

Linda
