(as a service user),

I was recently sent to surgical RACU with really bad stomach pains. I was greeted by a lovely nurse and support nurse called Abby and Leanne, they were so nice and caring towards me. Made sure I was comfortable and treated me with such respect.

I have never came across such lovely nurses and I am in the hospital a lot due to my ongoing health conditions.

Abby was very professional and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, she also done this with all the patients that were in at the same time as me.

Very impressed with the service. Abby and Leanne are real life angels.

I will pass this wonderful feedback on to the staff who cared for you within RACU. I am sure they will be absolutely delighted with your positive feedback. I will also display this on our Care Assurance board for others to read.

I am glad you were made to feel comfortable and that you felt you were treated with respect by the staff when attending RACU. I hope you are on the mend and are feeling much better.

Once again thank you so much for this care opinion, it makes our job a pleasure every day with the kindness and positivity you have provided.
