(as the patient),

I attended the West of Scotland Breast Screening Service for a mammogram last week. Fantastic service, from the reception staff to the Specialist Radiographer who completed the x-rays, nothing was too much trouble and any questions I had were answered at the time by the Specialist Radiographer - sorry I don't remember your names, so I hope you get sight of this. 

As I nurse myself, all I can say is the service you delivered to me was flawless.

I would also like to thank you for highlighting your positive experience on this forum, and hope that it may help other women feel less apprehensive about coming for their screening mammogram. It is such an important test and early detection can really help improve outcomes for those who are diagnosed with breast cancer.
