(as a service user),

The first day of my visit from Canada with my Glasgow family I slipped on curb and did a face plant into the road.

 It was my good fortunate to have Chris and Louise attending me in the Emergency Care Unit.  Finer people couldn’t have been found to care to my need.  With patience, empathy, skill, and humour they looked after me and in doing so gave me a sense of reassurance about the damage to my upper front teeth.  

The two of them are staff to be highly valued.

I was very sorry to hear of your accident on the first day of your visit to Glasgow and hope that you are recovering well and managed to enjoy the rest of your visit.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback regarding your appointment at Emergency Dental Treatment Centre within the Public Dental Service. I was so pleased to hear what a positive experience you had, at what would have been a difficult time with your injury and appreciate the worry you must have been exerpriencing.

I will ensure that Chris and Louise are made aware of your feedback and I know that both will be thrilled to hear how they helped and reassured you.

I hope that you enjoy the rest of your visit in Glasgow.
