🌟🏥 I want to share my experience at Vine Medical Group - Stakes Lodge, which was both informative and supportive. There was a slight delay in seeing my GP, for quite a number of months. However, every nurse I met were fully open and transparent about the guidance and policy that I should see a GP with my health problem (under the age of 40) - this demonstrated candour. Until such times as I could see a GP, the kindness and helpfulness of everyone I encountered along the way made it a positive experience however. 🏥😊 the nurses who had seen me were careful, considered and respectful.

Once I finally had the opportunity to meet with my GP, I was impressed by their extensive knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain the potential causes of my health problems in a way that was easy for me to understand. This not only justified the need for further testing but also helped me feel more informed and involved in my healthcare journey. 🩺💡

What stood out to me was the genuine care and consideration shown by my GP. They not only provided advice and guidance, but they also took the time to ask if there was anything else I wanted to discuss at the end. This made me feel welcomed and valued as a patient, knowing that my concerns were being listened to and addressed.
