Everyone helped to have me checked over, as I had a fall as I arrived, in Southend as I put my hands in front of my face, as I did not want to smash onto the pavement, when I felt myself falling over. Went to Southend A&E, who were extremely helpful, all staff were friendly and helpful, they checked everthing> I had Head scan& arm scanned. Thankfully nothing broken, all staff were so helpful and careful.
