About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Neonatal Unit Maternity care / 2 West Maternity Maternity care / Delivery suite

(as a service user),

I recently gave birth to our son in Craigavon Area Hospital.  I wanted to express sincere thanks and gratitude to all the staff who cared for us while we were in hospital.

To the staff in delivery suite, especially midwife Aideen, who was amazing during the whole labour. I felt very safe in her care as she was very experienced and had control of the whole delivery and kept me at ease. I will forever remember the care she gave us and especially grateful for the safe delivery of our son.

To the staff on the maternity ward thank you all for your care.  Unfortunately due to feeding issues our baby had to go to the neonatal unit only for 2 days.  The staff in the neonatal unit were outstanding, providing excellent care to our son and support to ourselves as parents.  It is an amazing unit with special thanks to  staff members Una, Jill and Jenny.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to provide such lovely words regarding your experience of you baby's time in neonatal. No matter the time frame of how long your little one spent here, it can still be a worrying time, so we are glad you and your baby were well supported and cared for.

I will happily share your feedback with staff. Wishing you and your family well,

Many Thanks,

Seanna
