***Poor service***
I went for appointment this afternoon 14/05/2024
Recipient was surprised and informed me it's phone appointment but emails confirmed it was face to face appointment. I understand miss communication could happen but the worst issue was,no one cares to solve the issue then a member of staff informed me the doctor not in hospital!!! My journey from watford to crydon proves that the appointment was abslout wast of time.
