"So empathetic, sympathetic and kind"

About: Community Alarm and Equipment Services / Community Alarm & Telecare Service

(as a relative),

My mum has been in hospital for the past 5 months and was recently discharged home.  The Community Alarm Service had been requested to fit a system.  I am the daughter who mum lives with.

I called the team to ask about the installation and was told it would not be fitted until the next day.  I explained that the system was needed for that day. What a fantastic response I received.

Billy, from the Community Alarm Team arrived very soon afterwards and was a real joy to deal with.  I was having a really bad day trying to get everything in place for my mum.  Billy was so empathetic, sympathetic and kind.  He could see I was totally stressed and went the extra mile to help find out when the carers were due to visit .

Billy, you were an absolute delight to deal with.  I greatly appreciate your assistance and it turned a really bad day into one I could cope with.  Your outstanding commitment and dedication to helping others is greatly appreciated.  Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for the excellent feedback. I will pass that on to Billy. I am so pleased that Billy managed to make a difference to you and your mum and made a bad day better for you

Kind regards
