"Wonderful care"

About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Acute Medical Receiving Unit Vale of Leven General Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit (MAU)

(as the patient),

I was assessed in MAU having been advised by my GP to attend. The medical and nursing care was excellent and I was subsequently admitted to AMU in the Vale of Leven Hospital.

I was extremely lucky to be put into a single room which gave me privacy and peace and quiet but it was the care that I received in the ward that was exemplary.

I would specifically like to mention the Ward Manager Katy, and Jo, Cara, Carla, Gemma, Carol but all the staff were incredibly kind and caring. I would also like to give a big thank you to Chick from the kitchen for his generosity.

AMU is a busy turn around ward which offers wonderful care and I hope that the Vale of Leven remains open for local people as it provides wonderful care.
