(as the patient),

I have reduced my fags to 4/5 per day with the help of a wee lady name Theresa always give me the will power and support to get that to only a few a day knew she was always at the end of my phone if needed her at the beginning of this journey I was scared and anxious but Theresa put me at ease from the start . Thank you Theresa, you're a star.
